Getting Started:

  1. Book & Prepare: Book your "Healthy Body Blueprint" consult online and complete the emailed forms. You'll receive a video call link.

  2. Consult & Get App: Attend your video consult to choose your program. You'll then receive an app invite.

Working Together:

  1. Access Your Plan & Resources: Find your personalized meal plans, grocery lists, workout and plans with video tutorials. Communicate directly through the app's two-way messaging feature.

  2. Connect & Track: Integrate your devices (Fitbit, Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal) and log workouts in the app. Upload check-in photos as well to monitor your progress.
